Though we've officially entered the early days of fall, many of us may still be dealing with a bounty of summer zucchini that's giving us a bit of burnout, which is understandable—the delicate squash has a tendency to take over a garden, and there's only so much zucchini bread a person can eat (or foist onto their friends and neighbors).
