Sara graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Since then she's stood facing the stoves of Martha Stewart Living magazine, showed off the granite melangeur at Scharffen Berger Chocolate Maker, and written for the North Bay Bohemian, The Oregonian, Saveur, MIX, and Section M. She is the author of the recipe zine The Pocket Pawpaw Cookbook.
