Tyson Ho was proprietor and pitmaster of Arrogant Swine in Brooklyn, an American beer hall specializing in eastern Carolina-style whole hog barbecue. Before opening Arrogant Swine in 2014, Tyson trained with North Carolina pitmaster Ed Mitchell. Tyson has a background in fine dining and worked in finance before leaving it all behind to run his barbecue restaurant.
