Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 1 ounce blood orange juice
  • 1/2 ounce St Germain
  • 1/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • 1 ounce chilled sparkling wine
  • Garnish: orange twist

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, blood orange juice, St Germain, simple syrup, and bitters. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, add sparkling wine. Garnish with orange twist.
