Anova Precision Sous Vide Cooker with WiFi
Normally $220, Now $129
One of our favorite sous vide machines is currently $80 off. It can be controlled via its onboard display or with its app. For those adverse to WiFi or worried about connectivity issues ruining dinner (valid), this is an excellent option.
Vitamix 5200 Professional-Grade Blender
Normally $550, Now $300
We've recommend this blender since Kenji reviewed it back in 2014. And it never goes on sale except on events like Black Friday and Prime Day. Its tapered blending jar draws ingredients downward, creating a vortex that yields silky-smooth results. It also couldn't be easier to use: just two switches and a speed dial make up its control panel. If you don't own a Vitamix and have been considering one, don't miss out on $250 off.
Anova Precision Vacuum Sealer Pro
We tested 10 vacuum sealers over a period of four-ish months and this model from Anova was our top pick. It has no refractory period (that's the time between sealings), double seal technology that stood up to our long sous vide test, built-in bag storage, a bag cutter, and more.
Yosukata Carbon Steel Wok Pan
Normally $70, Now $57
Our pre-seasoned wok pick is $13 off (clip the 5% off coupon pre-checkout) and features a helper handle and a main handle that's made from wood and stays cool. It's easy to clean and solidly heat responsive, too.Continue to 5 of 41 below.
Instant Vortex Plus Air Fryer
Normally $130, Now $70
We recently tested air fryers and (surprise!) we really like them. If you've been asking yourself if an air fryer's worth it, the answer is yes if you have the space and value ease (read: fast/no pre-heating and speedy cooking). This smaller sibling of our favorite model from Instant is on sale and has all the same winning features. We particularly like its digital control panel that has a knob for scaling up/down the temperature and time.
Baratza Encore Conical Burr Coffee Grinder
Normally $160, Now $135 at Amazon and Williams Sonoma
Our favorite budget-friendly grinder for coffee geeks boasts 40 grind settings and burrs that can actually be replaced (many burr grinders don't have this feature, which renders them useless once their burrs wear down after some years). We found the Encore to be consistent and just easy to use all-around.
KRUPS Belgian Waffle Maker
Normally $80, Now $49
Our budget-friendly Belgian waffle maker pick is 39% off today, making it even more cost conscious. It has some great features, too: its large cooking surface can fit four waffles at a time, it has dishwasher-safe removable plates, and it can be placed upright for more compact storage in a cabinet or pantry.
OXO Brew Conical Burr Coffee Grinder
Normally $100, Now $80
Our favorite "coffee grinder for most people" is currently $20 off. We found it to be simple, intuitive, and consistent. As we said in our review, "This is about as inexpensive as a burr grinder gets before the grind quality really starts to fall off, making it a good starter grinder for most home-brewed coffee drinkers."Continue to 9 of 41 below.
ROCCBOX by Gozney Portable Outdoor Pizza Oven
Kenji's favorite pizza oven is 20% off at the moment. We found the Gozney to be "an incredible little oven with simple, reliable operation." It easily maintained its wood-fired temperatures and churned out fantastic pies. The price above is for a gas-only oven, though you can add a dual-fuel wood burner for about $80 more.
Great Jones Saucy
Normally $105, Now $75
One of our favorite sauciers is $30 off at the moment. It's easy to stir in, it looks beautiful, and it's heat responsive. It's also induction compatible.
KitchenAid Pro 5 Plus 5 Quart Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer
Normally $450, Now $250
A KitchenAid mixer is a must-have in any kitchen. And while this isn't our favorite stand mixer, it's still pretty good and we prefer bowl-lift models over tilt-head ones (more power). Plus, it's $200 off at the moment.
OXO Brew 8-Cup Coffee Maker
This brewer is so impressive we wrote a whole article about it. The 8-cup model from OXO has unique features that no other brewer has, like a drip tray and a smaller filter basket insert. In our testing, this coffee maker showed precise temperature stability, and brewed some of the best tasting coffee. It’s a great snag for anyone looking to upgrade their coffee maker without breaking the bank.Continue to 13 of 41 below.
Thermoworks Thermapen ONE
Normally $99, Now $70
Fact: every cook should own an instant-read thermometer. And our favorite one, the Thermapen ONE, is 30% off for Black Friday. You can't beat its accuracy, speed, and usability features (like its auto-rotating screen and backlight). ThermoWorks has some other great deals going on and the rest of their site is 15% off, too.

- If you send $250 or more, you get a free cheese board.
- If you spend $450-$650, you get a free cheese board and board butter.
- If you spend $650-plus, you get a Sidekick of your choice.

(We'll also just leave this right here.)
Swedish Wholesale Swedish Dish Cloths
Normally $25, Now $16
Swedish dish cloths are like a reusable hybrid between a sponge and a paper towel. In fact, a single one can replace up to 15 rolls of paper towels—a manufacturer claim we actually find to be fairly accurate.
KitchenAid Full-Size Dish Drying Rack
Normally $85, Now $40
Our favorite dish drying rack is 54% off and is the one to get if you wash a lot of dishes. In our testing, it held all of the plates, bowls, glasses, and cookware we placed on it with ease. Its drainage mat slid nicely out too, for cleanup.Continue to 17 of 41 below.
Solo Stove Bonfire 2.0
Normally $400, Now $225 at Solo Stove
This past summer we tested the Solo Stove Bonfire (and its grill hub) and came away recommending both. The portable, relatively compact Solo Solo stove has pretty fantastic heat retention thanks to its dual-walled construction and vents at the bottom. And if you're looking to do some live fire cooking at home or at a campsite, the grill hub's is also on sale for $105 off.
All-Clad D3 Stainless-Steel Frying Pan Cookware Set, 10- and 12-Inch
Normally $230, Now $161
All-Clad makes some of the best high-quality stainless steel skillets around (it wasn't named a winner in our testing due to price considerations). And while we're normally adverse to cookware sets, this on-sale one from All-Clad includes just a 12- and 10-inch skillet—two sizes we find essential for most kitchens.
Great Jones Hot Dish
Normally $75, Now $40
One of our favorite casserole dishes is nearly 50% off. We particularly like its retro print design and wide, looped handles. They were easy to grip onto even with bulky oven mitts on.
Jo Chef Superior RX Kitchen Torch
Normally $40, Now $25
Our compact kitchen torch recommendation features a refillable, butane canister, a reliable trigger start, and lots of power (it was one of the fastest of the butane models we tested). Steak, crème brûlée, torch hei: this model can do it.Continue to 21 of 41 below.
Ratio Six Coffee Maker
Normally $365, Now $295 at Amazon and Ratio Coffee
The Ratio Six brewed the best tasting coffee, hands down, of the eight auto drip models we tested. It has amazing temperature stability, a unique sprayhead that evenly saturates the coffee bed, and delivers a full batch of coffee in just six minutes. Right now, it's $70 off.
Fly By Jing Holiday Triple Threat
Normally $45, Now $36
This trio includes Fly By Jing's Sichuan Chili Crisp (a Serious Eats editor favorite), Zhong Sauce, and Mala Spice Mix. Plus, it comes with a little serving spoon. It's a pretty wonderful gift—for a coworker, friend, or yourself.

Made-In 12-inch Stainless Steel Skillet
Normally $109, Now $93 at Made In
With excellent heat distribution and responsiveness to temperature changes, this skillet aced our real-world cooking tests. A true workhorse, it’s oven safe up to 800ºF, dishwasher-safe, induction compatible, and comes with a lifetime warranty.Continue to 25 of 41 below.

Normally $150, Now $119
Our favorite cocktail smoker (though you can use it for more than just drinks—fish and vegetables come to mind) is 21% off. It has an adjustable fan, provides plenty of subtle, pleasant smoke, and is free-standing (so you can have both hands free to work).Continue to 29 of 41 below.
Ooni Koda 16 Pizza Oven
Normally $600, Now $480 at Williams Sonoma
Thinking ahead to the spring, it's smart to invest in an outdoor pizza oven now—especially when the Ooni Koda 16 is $120 off. This gas-powered oven heats up to over 900°F, cooking pizza in about a minute. Unlike many other Ooni ovens, its propane connector and controls are on the right side (instead of the back), which makes it easier to ignite and adjust. It's wider, too, so it can fit larger, 16-inch pies.
Material The Table Knives
Normally $90, Now $72
While these weren't named our favorite steak knives, we still really liked them. They have comfortable, slim handles and come with a little storage block, so you can easily keep them on the countertop and transport them to the table come dinner. The knives are available in four color options, as well as mixed set (one knife in each color).
Fellow Stagg EKG Gooseneck Kettle
Normally $165, Now $132 at Fellow
The Stagg EKG dominated our temperature accuracy test, and its weighted handle and angled spout make it the easiest kettle to control while pouring. While we love it for pourover coffee, its variable temperature makes it an ideal choice for loose leaf tea as well.Continue to 33 of 41 below.

Normally $139, Now $111 at Made In

Misen Enameled Cast Iron Braiser
Normally $160, Now $112 at Misen
This braiser was our top pick for its large capacity, ideal when cooking for a crowd. The enamel held up to our durability test, deflecting each metal spoon whack without a trace of chipping or scratching. It’s currently on sale for 30% off with the code ALLGRAVY30.

Normally $250, Now $170
Our budget pick for food processors has a straightforward design that is incredibly user friendly—not to mention pretty powerful and versatile. And it's currently 25% off, making it an even more wallet-friendly option.
Spinn Coffee Maker
Normally $979, Now $629
We tested this all-in-one coffee maker for an upcoming review, and were impressed by its fully automated grinding and brewing. The Spinn uses a centrifuge chamber to extract coffee and offers everything from espresso to brewed coffee to iced coffee, all within 60 seconds. While the flavor quality be slightly lower than traditional brew methods, it's a great single-serve option that we recommend over capsule machines.Continue to 37 of 41 below.
