Roast Lamb Head

I want to roast a whole lamb's head, and am looking for a simple recipe. There's a Nasty Bits post on just this topic -- but the recipe itself is missing! Can anyone advise time/temp/marinade/etc.? Tongue in, or removed/boiled/skinned?
