What to do with fresh mint?

This year, as a change of pace from my normal herbs, I decided to add a small pot of chocolate mint and peppermint to my deck. They seem to be doing alright, especially since it has rained here every day since I planted them, so I can't possibly be forget to water them and have them die (an unfortunate gene mutation that I somehow got causes me to have ten black fingers, as opposed to even one green thumb - it's terrible, really).

So, before I eventually, more than likely anyway, kill them accidentally, does anyone have any ideas for what to make with them? I have never actually used fresh mint for anything (don't judge - its' expensive and extract is so much cheaper). Are there any really great recipes that just beg to use fresh mint? Sweet would be especially nice, but I am certainly not opposed to savory options!
