Too often ribs recipes turn out where the ribs may have great flavor, but just are not tender enough. This recipe not only provides the most tender ribs you will ever have, but it also gives them great flavor as well.
It is really simple. All you do is place the ribs in a pan and bake with quarter inch of water for 4-6 hours. Obviously you cover the pan with tin foil to trap the steam, and the result is amazing.
Once the ribs are finished steaming you then transfer them to the grill for a nice crisp up, and finally you top with bbq sauce.
