Good Asian (and other) food in Dallas?

Hey guys! My sister just moved to Dallas and is a little homesick, she's gluten-free and lives near ish to Highland Park. Does anyone have any suggestions of what's nommyful to eat around that area or in Dallas in general, especially Asian food? I think she said she lives near a kind of sketcheroni K-Town but I haven't gotten to visit her yet. Would really really appreciate if people had suggestions!
