SD- Mount Rushmore

I will be road-tripping from Colorado to South Dakota to see Mt. Rushmore with visiting relatives; are there any good, regional places to eat we should visit? Colorado is kinda a wasteland, so something ethnic (German? Sweden?) would be awesome!
