Weekend Cook and Tell: The United States of Grilling

Welcome to our Weekend Cook and Tell where each Wednesday we turn the pages of the food sections of various national newspapers in search of inspiration for a weekend cooking project. We hope you'll cook along with us and share your experiences, recipes, and photos here.

You may have noticed some of our recent "How To"posts on grilling with different proteins (or even a pizza party). Though grilling is nothing new, it's still worthy of fine-tuning with the hope of someday, achieving juicy, slightly charred perfection. Thus we turn to you.

With summer rapidly unfolding, we are asking all of you to share your grilling tales. You can choose to take something classic - and keep it as such - or flip it, and give it a new twist of summer inspiration. All grilled goods are deemed worthy. So, take the time over the holiday weeks, to test, and hone your grilling best practices.
