The supermarket had Camembert on sale for $1.99! Great price, but aside from eating it, I've no idea what to make out of it.
Does it melt for sauces?
I don't like the rind, but liked the flavor. Eating too much at once it had a bit of a funky after taste, which I think was kind of salty.
My Girlfriend didn't like the taste, but I'd like to give it another try.
They have Brie for the same price from the same company.. and the dates on them are good until next month sometime I believe.
