Food Truck Favorites and Policies

I've had of my favorite dining experiences (in recent memory) come from local food trucks. From BBQ to tacos and bahn-mi, I'm really enjoying our growing food truck scene. Do you have any favorite food trucks?

Also, how does your city/town deal with food truck vendors? I learned today that our downtown retail district bans food truck vendors, which pushes them into the surrounding neighborhoods. Great for parking, bad for business. Seems like a bad policy when we need to help small businesses flourish...I may be going on a crusade to help my favorite tacos!
