ever heard of micron coffee powder?

i was just gifted a bag of "100% pure micron coffee powder", essentially a finely ground coffee bean powder with all of its natural oils. it came with a short description in halting english but for the most part, all the rest of the information is in japanese. web searches keep pointing me towards instant coffee which i was told this most certainly is not. the little information i have suggests using it for truffles, in whipped creams and other dessert applications.

just wondering if anyone in the se-verse has heard of this and knows what to do with it. i am a total noob in the world of sweets so im a little intimidated to just blindly sally forth. any info would be rad. the product name is "caferine", an equally unhelpful search term in google.
