2 tbsp butter 2 cloves garlic, crushed 400 g of tinned plum tomatoes 1 onion, finely chopped 1 tsp basil, chopped 1 tsp oregano 1 tbsp tomato puree 3 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper
Heat the skillet in medium heat and ad the olive oil. Add the butter as well and allow it to melt. Put in the chopped onion and garlic once the butter melts and stir fry for about 3-4 minutes. Let it cook until the onions are soft. Now add the tomato, oregano, tomato puree and cook seasoning it with salt and pepper. Bring the sauce to a boil and allow it to simmer. Cook for about 20 minutes. To use it for pizza let it cool but with pasta you can use it straight away.
