No-yeast pizza crust?
I took 4 loud, energetic children with me after school to get pizza fixings. In my rush to get through the store and get them out where they could run and be loud, I got everything except yeast.
Can I just mix up my usual crust sans yeast and aim/hope for a cracker-like crust? Should I vary proportions, and if so, in what way? Or do I need a Plan B for tonight's dinner?
