Liverwurst: Love it or hate it?

Ok, I admit it a love it. Especially the smoked stuff. I had it for breakfast, spread on a slab of Mestermacher rye bread with raw onion and dijon mustard. My DH was so grossed out he wouldn't come into the kitchen until I finished it.

To me it's a huge treat; especially since I eat so little grain...having both bread and liverwurst for breakfast is livin' large.

How on earth did I marry a guy who avoids good deli meat and anything from our local salumeria with a 10-foot pole???

Love it? Hate it?
