Spicy tomato sauce

This is what I make to go on my eggplant parmesan

Total Time:  1.5 hours Active Time:  20 minutes Number Serves:  4


3 cans of peeled whole tomatoes
red pepper flakes
black pepper
olive oil


1 - heat olive oil and chop garlic
2 - simmer garlic in heated olive oil and season to taste
3 - when garlic is fragrant, pour in tomatoes
4 - chop tomatoes with a spoon and stir and season frequently to taste (I like mine very spicy!)
5 - remove from heat when thickened
