What would you do with Pesto?

So, I made Pesto last night just because I wanted to. Actually, I am trying to get rid of some ingredients in the fridge. (Salsa is on my list tonight.) Now, I don't know what to do with it. I already thought of mixing it with veg and grilling but it's too cool for that. Also contempleted mixing it with cheese filled totellini. I made plenty so I can choose a few outlets. What would you do with pesto if you had it laying around?
