Ice cream --> frozen yogurt conversion

I got super good deals recently on greek yogurt, so I stocked up. I thought I would make frozen yogurt, but as it turns out, most of my favorite recipes are for ice cream and NOT fro-yo. So, does anyone know an easy way to convert ice cream recipes to make frozen yogurt instead?
