Ok, ok I have a lot going on (who doesn't?)--mother to 3 active kids, wife to cute husband, dorm mother to 40 boys, scholarship director who travels internationally, graduate school student---There are times when I am so hungry but SO tired that I cannot picture chopping, sauteing etc. but that is the time I want something really good to eat. And I want to feed the people something healthy.
So what to cook? There are also some issues....I have a small freezer and I don't like to eat food that has been frozen (that has been cooked ahead)...I know, I know I never said I was normal. Any suggestions?
