Easter Brunch -Something Different?

My family is having their annual easter brunch and I'm sure the usual egg, sausage, cheese casseroles will be served. They are all very good but I'd like to make something that is special for my contribution. Does anyone have a really great brunch dish I can make this year? Thanks
