My dinner tonight - You decide

I will be making dinner with my 6 year old daughter tonight and there are to many options rolling through my head, so I decided that I am going to let my fellow foodies at SE decide - I am open to anything and my daughter has a very advanced pallet for a 6 year old... well... for most adults.... and I am heading to the grocery as soon as I get off work.
