So BF and I are having my parents over for Thanksgiving and it feels like the menu is missing something. Here's what we've got so far:
Grilled lemon rosemary chicken and possibly another protein like ham or fish Black beans and rice Roasted veggies Mashed potatoes (because the BF loves them and won't eat any of the other sides) Pumpkin pie Lemon pie or cheesecake
My mom has volunteered to bring the black beans and rice and desserts. I've thought about a chorizo stuffing but that seems like a lot of starch. I also thought about a salad but that just seems a little lackluster. Any ideas?
