Hi .I'm a new subscriber and I would like to post my recall of a good chacarero sanwich. The bread is called a " marraqueta " you put thin slices of tender beef or horse meat, thin slices of tomato and hot chile pepper, and a little bit of green beans cocked and cut french style. Add a touch of mayonnaise spread....and listo!! Is a very traditional Chilean sandwich and very delicious. No! it does not go with Guacamole! That's a Mexican dip. Only Palta,(avocado) in slices or mashed with a pinch of pepper and salt No oil cause the palta is oily enough.. I hope this is helpful enough. I spend many years in South America and I still remember a few good dishes. Thanks.
