So i can't be alone in grabbing these nyc deli/bodega treats: Fig bars baked with whole wheat (i think) outer layers they also come in raspberry! *also there is a white flour version with nuts that is probably has less nutritional value, but they are yummy Does anyone know how to find out the nutritional value? Deli owners don't seem to know. There must be some great big kitchen somewhere outside Manhattan where they are baked. For years they have cured everything from naughtier cravings to hangovers to meal replacement.
