Heading to New England, looking for serious eats! Advice?

Hey, folks. Wanted to get away somewhere cheap over Spring Break this year, and thought I'd head up to New England. I've never been north of New York City, and I need somewhere easy to drive to from the DC Metro area.

About a year ago, I went to NYC and hit the town in a Pizza Pilgrimage; I visited Una Pizza Napoletana, Famous Ray's, Blecker Street, Joe's, Lombardi's, Totonno's- the only one I missed I really wanted to hit was Di Fara's (got lost in Brooklyn!). But this time I'll be driving up, so I figure I'd skip the city and head up to try out New Haven pizza, and maybe a few other good choices in the area.

Here's my list so far:

-Frank Pepe's, New Haven -Sally's Apizza, New Haven -Zuppardi's Apizza, West Haven -Louis' Lunch, New Haven, CT

I thought I'd also head up to the Boston area, just to say I'd been there, and was suggested to hit Kane's Donuts in Saugus, Massachusetts and Eagle's Deli in Brighton. But I thought I'd ask you guys what you thought- are these good choices? Where else would you suggest?

Thanks folks!
