Cambridge UK Recommendations

Hello all - don't know if there's anyone on here from the UK and/or around Cambridge. I'll be there next week and I'm planning to meet a friend for drinks/dinner after work. Self: omnivore. Friend: fussy vegetarian (the kind that doesn't eat vegetables). Italian is always safe with her. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance.
