Everything you need to know about eating and cooking with curds
I recently found a very tasty recipe for lemon cheesecake. However, when I made it, it was far too runny. It consists simply of condensed milk, cottage cheese and lemon juice, with the lemon juice supposedly making it firm- but it doesn't! Any advice for something I can use to make it thicker? Gelatine is out- I'm a vegetarian.
