Suzanne Lehrer Dumaine is a chef, cookbook author, recipe developer, and owner of Three Owls Market, a specialty market and café in New York City. Before opening Three Owls, she was the director of culinary operations at Plated.com, where she developed 700 recipes and published a cookbook, Plated: Weeknight Dinners, Weekend Feasts, and Everything in Between (2016). Suzanne was a columnist for Serious Eats in 2013, and she has worked for both Food Network and Cooking Channel. Her work has also appeared in Time Out New York and Refinery29.
