Experience
Rémy Robert is a writer and recipe developer who’s contributed beer-infused and winter meal ideas to Serious Eats. After writing about food through her degree at Brown University, she landed internships at Serious Eats, Ritual Food, and Food52, where she was connected with Mark Bittman. She went on to collaborate with him on his book How to Eat Everything, and has since helped develop a number of other cookbooks, including Food52’s Cook in the Blank. She also helps create recipes for nationwide marketing campaigns.
Rémy is currently the Director of Community Relations at the New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute, and has volunteered as a Certified Food Literacy Editor and writer for Geaux Girl! Magazine.
