Orange Chipotle Ketchup Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed juice from 1 orange
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped chipotle chiles in adobo plus 1 teaspoon adobo sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon freshly minced garlic (about 1 clove)

Whisk together ketchup, orange, chipotles, adobo sauce, honey, cumin, and garlic in a small bowl. Use immediately or transfer to an airtight container and store in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
