Baby Takes a Nap Recipe

The herbal side of gin complements the chamomile in this simple cocktail. Honey adds depth to the flavor.
Notes: To make strong chamomile tea, steep 4 chamomile tea bags in 1 cup of hot water for 15 minutes, then remove tea bags. Let cool to room temperature. To make honey simple syrup, mix 1/2 ounce honey with 1/2 ounce warm water, stir to dissolve. Let cool before using.
