Cocchi and Soda Recipe

You can adjust this drink to your taste—the Classico cocktail calls for equal parts Cocchi Americano and soda, though we like it with less.

Look for Cocchi at your local wine shop, or order it online if your state allows shipping. You can also try this with Lillet, which is a bit sweeter.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Cocchi Americano Apertivo
  • Splash chilled club soda (up to 1 ounce if desired)
  • Garnish: orange twist

Directions

    Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add Cocchi and stir twice to chill, add soda. Rub orange twist on rim of glass, then add to drink as garnish.
