Rye Maple Fizz Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 ounces rye (such as Michter's)
- 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce Grade B maple syrup
- 1/2 egg white
- 2 dashes Old Fashioned Bitters (such as Fee Bros.)
- ice
- 1/2 ounce soda water
- 1 cinnamon stick
Directions

Place rye, lemon juice, maple syrup, egg white, and bitters in a cocktail shaker. Shake for 10 seconds without ice.

Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Pour into a fizz glass.

Top cocktail with soda water and freshly grated cinnamon.
