All cranberry and pine, this would be an excellent holiday punch, light but complex and with distinctly winter flavors; I like that the cranberry flavor comes from a liqueur rather than just juice, keeping that intense tart flavor without diluting the drink.
- 1.5 ounces Ridge Silvertip Gin
- 1 ounce Starn Barn Brandyworks Cranberry Liqueur
- 1/2 ounce Old Sugar Can & Abe Rum
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- Dash Angostura Bitters
To make individual cocktails: Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker. Add ice, shake and strain into a chilled cocktail stem.
To serve as a punch multiply ingredients by 16 and add 2 2/3 cups water. Chill and serve in a bowl with a large ice block.
