- 1/2 oz. Morris Kitchen ginger syrup
- 1 tsp. dried red chili flakes
- 2 oz. bourbon
- 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz. cherry juice
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- lemon twist
Heat ginger syrup and chili flakes in the microwave or in a small saucepan until hot but not boiling. Set aside until cool.
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until cold and strain into a rocks glass. Serve straight up with a twist of lemon.
