This salad comes courtesy of Jon Rowley, who says, "Nothing could be simpler. Three ingredients: wild purslane, sweet onion, a juicy Frog Hollow peach, and salt and pepper. I have made this with tomatoes and loved it for years, but, it seemed, that peaches, with all their juice, might work as well. The only dressing is the juice from the fruit. As is the case with the tomato version, people devour it."
