- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper
- 7 slices of Munster cheese
- 1/2 pound of thinly sliced roasted turkey breast
- 6 slices of good bacon, roasted at 425 degrees for 10 minutes
- 1 cup of frisée lettuce
Slice the baguette in half horizontally.
Combine the mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and paint it on both halves of the bread.
Fold each slice of Munster in half, and arrange, overlapping, so all the slices fit onto the bottom piece of ficelle.
Arrange the turkey on top of the cheese, followed by the bacon, and then the frisée.
Top with the top of the bread, and slice into as many sandwiches as your require.
Serve like this, or put into a Panini press for toasted sandwiches.
