Ransom Note Recipe

Alice Gao

Each element of this fall cocktail from Gramercy Tavern mingles with the others beautifully; be sure to use an earthier, dry style of mead. They use Schraml at Gramercy Tavern, but if you can't find that at your local wine or beer store, you can also use Lurgashall.
