She has written about coffee far and wide, including everything from the seed-to-cup story to home brewing to industry policies and politics. She is the host of the podcast In Good Taste, which focuses on marketing ethics in the specialty-coffee industry, and is the author of New York City Coffee: A Caffeinated History.
