Jan has years of experience working in test kitchens, primarily in research and development and in product development. Her experience in the Good Housekeeping test kitchen in NYC fueled her interest in a career in professional test kitchens. She has been the Research and Development Culinary Specialist at Weber-Stephen Products since 2016. Prior to that, she was the Product Development Test Kitchen Assistant for Pampered Chef. Along with being a recipe developer and recipe tester, she is also a food photographer and food stylist. Her work has been published in food magazines and cookbooks.
Jan received a BA in Culinary Arts from The Cooking & Hospitality Institute of Chicago
