Hayley holds a master's degree in journalism from the University of Westminster. She has been the food editor for Soho Revue, copywriter for The Cold Pressed Juicery, and a chef's assistant to Nathalie Dupree. Hayley is the creator of the Artist's Palate dinner series and the author of AMSTERDAM: the gloobles guide (2020).
What's your desert island food?
Potatoes, of course. Just think of all the things you can do with them! Gratin. French fries. Vichyssoise. Potatoes are a girl's best friend.
What's your favorite condiment?
Max Burger's Green Garlic sauce. This stuff is INSANE! Creamy, piquant, irresistible.
