  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 large red onion, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 habanero pepper, seeded and finely diced
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tomato, seeded and cut into chunks


  1. Peel avocados and discard the pit. Place in a medium bowl and use a large fork or spoon to mash avocados until almost smooth. Stir in onion, lime juice, habanero, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper. Gently stir in tomatoes.
