Bright and Easy Gremolata Recipe

A fresh and easy herb garnish for fish, roast meats and vegetables.

You'd be hard pressed to find a simpler, prettier, or more flavorful condiment than this. The combination of chopped parsley, lemon zest, and garlic is good on nearly any meat or fish. The sharpness of raw garlic paired with lemon zest's slight bitterness makes gremolata a perfect topping for cutting through the heaviness of fatty meats and stews.
