Ramp Gibson Recipe

Kelly Carámbula

  • 1 pickled ramp with 1/4 ounce of its pickling liquid
  • 2 1/2 ounces gin, such as Hendricks
  • Splash dry vermouth, such as Dolin

  1. Place a martini glass in the freezer about 30 minutes prior to making the cocktail. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the pickled ramp brine, gin, and vermouth. Stir for about 1 minute (about 50 stirs).
