  • Ice
  • 1 ounce blanco tequila
  • 1 ounce Cocchi Americano
  • 1 ounce pineapple gum syrup (such as Small Hand Foods)
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 dashes absinthe
  • Lemon peel, for garnish


  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add tequila, Cocchi Americano, pineapple gum syrup, and lemon juice. Shake vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass.

  2. Top drink with 2 dashes absinthe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
