Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh juice from 10 to 12 lemons

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • Pinch salt

  • 3 cups cold water

  • 1 quart ice

Directions

  1. Combine lemon juice and sugar and whisk or blend until sugar is completely dissolved. Add salt and water and stir to combine. Pour into a pitcher with ice. Serve in ice-filled glasses.
