Brazilian Lemonade (With Limes and Condensed Milk) Recipe

Brazilian-style lemonade is made with fresh lime juice and sweetened with condensed milk. It's a richer, sweeter version of the lemonade we're used to, and excellent with a shot of Cachaça.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup juice from about 10 limes or 5 lemons

  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk

  • Pinch salt

  • 3 cups cold water

  • 1 quart ice

Directions

  1. Combine lemon or lime juice, condensed milk, salt, and water in a blender. Blend until homogenous and frothy, about 30 seconds. Transfer to a pitcher. Add ice. Serve immediately.
