On the heels of Prime Day this past summer, Amazon's Prime Early Access Sale happened October 11th and 12th. We called it Prime Day 2.0 and while it may be over, there are plenty of excellent, kitchen-related sales still happening. Here's what we think is worth buying (a little early holiday shopping can't hurt!).
Here's a quick look at some of our favorite deals:

Yoskuta Carbon Steel Wok Pan
Normally $70, Now $60
One of our favorite woks is a cool 14% off right now. It’s flat-bottomed, so it’s compatible with all stovetops. It’s pre-seasoned, which makes it easier to get going with. And we found it heat responsive—essential for wok cooking.
Swedish Wholesale Dish Cloths - 10 Pack
Normally $25, Now $18
Swedish dishcloths are like a cross between a sponge and a paper towel and are an excellent reusable alternative to the latter. They're absorbent, they dry quickly, and they're durable. Plus, these come in a set of 10, so you'll be stocked for months and months to come.
Baratza Encore Conical Burr Coffee Grinder
Normally $170, Now $135
At 21% off, this is the lowest price we’ve seen for this very, very good burr grinder from Baratza. It's our favorite budget-friendly coffee grinder for coffee geeks and it has a powerful motor, 40 grind settings, and removable burrs that can actually be replaced/upgraded. We're huge fans of it—and you won't find it discounted often.
Vitamix 5200 Professional-Grade Blender
Normally $550, Now $480
Meet our favorite blender: the Vitamix 5200. This one rarely goes on sale, so if you're looking for the smoothest smoothies, creamiest soups, and lots of cocktails with crushed ice, now is your time. Outside of Prime Day and this here sale, you won't see the price of this blender this good.Continue to 5 of 19 below.
Anova Precision Cooker
Normally $220, Now $140
Our favorite immersion circulator with onboard display is about 37% off at the moment. It's accurate (essential for sous vide success) and can be controlled via its physical screen or the Anova app. It also has an adjustable clamp, so it can fit a variety of cookware (a Dutch oven, Cambro, stockpot, etc). The Anova Precision Cooker Pro, which we also recommend, is 50% off at the moment as well.
Ironwood Gourmet Acacia End-Grain Prep Station Cutting Board
Normally $80, Now $60
This cutting board is already a fraction of the price of our favorite The BoardSmith board, and today it's even less. It's our budget-friendly recommendation for good reason: it's durable (no cracking, splitting, or warping) and a great size for everyday food prep.
Le Creuset Enameled Cast Iron Signature Dutch Oven 5.5 Quart
Normally $420, Now $335
Our winning dutch oven from Le Creuset will last you a lifetime, and we think it's a worthwhile investment. And, currently, the Indigo version is 20% off, making it an even better deal.
KitchenAid 6 Qt. Professional 600 Series Stand Mixer
Normally $600, Now $480
This is Stella Parks' favorite stand mixer (and ours too). It's sturdy, strong, and the bowl lift design makes mixing easy and efficient. If that's not enough to convince you, it's also currently 20% off.

Chef'n FreshForce Citrus Juicer
Normally $25, Now $20
Our favorite handheld juicer for lemons and limes is as good as it gets: It easily extracts juice with minimal effort, it directs juices downwards (keeping splashes off of your countertop), and it has a slip-free handle.
Lodge 10.25-Inch Cast Iron Skillet
Normally $30, Now $21
You really can’t beat this 30% off sale on our favorite cast iron skillet. We truly don’t think it’s worth splurging on a high-end cast iron skillet when this now-$21 Lodge has it all: it’s durable, it’s easy to season, and it has great heat retention.
KitchenAid Full Size Dish Rack
Normally $85, Now $62
Our favorite full-size dish rack is currently 27% off. It has a large capacity, drains quickly, is easy to clean, and has prongs for hanging glasses (yes, even wine glasses) to dry.
Bentgo Kids Print Lunch Box
Normally $40, Now $30
With five compartments to keep your kiddo's lunch in place and kid-friendly latches, this cute lunchbox from Bentgo is well worth buying. (Note: It's meant for ages three to seven, and price may vary based on color/print.) This grown-up Bengto is also currently discounted.Continue to 13 of 19 below.
T-fal Professional Nonstick Thermo-Spot Heat Indicator Fry Pan
Normally $50, Now $32
While we don't recommend nonstick skillets for most cooking tasks (we're all about cast iron or carbon steel), there are some applications—like scrambled eggs, for example—where a good nonstick pan is mighty helpful. One of our favorites is currently 37% off and it features a grippy handle, is oven-safe to 400℉, and resisted scratches after our (admittedly tough) durability tests.
All-Clad Stainless Steel Immersion Blender
Normally $170, Now $120
The most powerful immersion blender award goes to this model from All-Clad. In our tests, it emulsified mayo, crushed ice, and puréed with amazing ease. It’s an all-around winner.
Lodge Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Reversible Stovetop Griddle
Normally $75, Now $50
Our favorite stovetop griddle is a whopping $25 off at the moment. It works for pancakes, bacon, eggs, panini…oh, the possibilities. If searing burgers is high on your priority list, we found that electric griddles don’t get hot enough to do the trick, but that this cast iron griddle does.
Messermeister Avanta 4-Piece Steak Knife Set
Normally $70, Now $50
After testing 14 sets of steak knives, we named this one our top pick. These knives are affordable, super-sharp, and incredibly well-constructed. Plus, they come in a set of four—some sets of two can cost five times the price (or more).Continue to 17 of 19 below.
Simplehuman 12 Gallon Hands-Free Kitchen Step Trash Can
Normally $150, Now $110
A few Serious Eats staffers own this kitchen trash can and speak highly of it. It retains smells, its lid opens and closes smoothly, and it has a compartment that stores trash bags at the back. Simplehuman also has excellent customer service.
Mueller Austria Vacuum Sealer Machine
Normally $80, Now $60
Our favorite affordable vacuum sealer is currently 25% off, which is a steal for those into sous vide or food preservation. It’s lightweight, it works (better, we found, than some vacuum sealers triple its price), and it’s easy to store. It does have a longer, 40-second refractory period (the time it has to rest in between seals), but that’s really not too bad considering its price point.
Le Chateau Red Wine Decanter
Normally $63, Now $50
This standard wine decanter features a wide base and a narrow neck and is a good choice for most wine drinkers (we've written at length about the different styles of wine decanters). At 35% off, it makes a great gift, too.
