Baratza Encore Conical Burr Coffee Grinder
Amazon

At 21% off, this is the lowest price we’ve seen for this very, very good burr grinder from Baratza. It's our favorite budget-friendly coffee grinder for coffee geeks and it has a powerful motor, 40 grind settings, and removable burrs that can actually be replaced/upgraded. We're huge fans of it—and you won't find it discounted often.

Vitamix 5200 Professional-Grade Blender
Vitamix 5200 Professional-Grade Blender
Amazon

Anova Precision Cooker
Anova Culinary Sous Vide Precision Cooker

Our favorite immersion circulator with onboard display is about 37% off at the moment. It's accurate (essential for sous vide success) and can be controlled via its physical screen or the Anova app. It also has an adjustable clamp, so it can fit a variety of cookware (a Dutch oven, Cambro, stockpot, etc). The Anova Precision Cooker Pro, which we also recommend, is 50% off at the moment as well.

Ironwood Gourmet End-Grain Acacia Wood Cutting Board
Amazon
Normally $80, Now $60
This cutting board is already a fraction of the price of our favorite The BoardSmith board, and today it's even less. It's our budget-friendly recommendation for good reason: it's durable (no cracking, splitting, or warping) and a great size for everyday food prep.

Our favorite handheld juicer for lemons and limes is as good as it gets: It easily extracts juice with minimal effort, it directs juices downwards (keeping splashes off of your countertop), and it has a slip-free handle.

-
Lodge 10.25-Inch Cast Iron Skillet
Lodge Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Skillet
Amazon
Normally $30, Now $21
You really can’t beat this 30% off sale on our favorite cast iron skillet. We truly don’t think it’s worth splurging on a high-end cast iron skillet when this now-$21 Lodge has it all: it’s durable, it’s easy to season, and it has great heat retention.

-

T-fal Professional Nonstick Thermo-Spot Heat Indicator Fry Pan
T-fal Professional Total Nonstick Thermo-Spot Heat Indicator Fry Pan
Amazon
Normally $50, Now $32
While we don't recommend nonstick skillets for most cooking tasks (we're all about cast iron or carbon steel), there are some applications—like scrambled eggs, for example—where a good nonstick pan is mighty helpful. One of our favorites is currently 37% off and it features a grippy handle, is oven-safe to 400℉, and resisted scratches after our (admittedly tough) durability tests.

-
All-Clad Stainless Steel Immersion Blender
All-Clad Stainless Steel Immersion Blender
Amazon
Normally $170, Now $120
The most powerful immersion blender award goes to this model from All-Clad. In our tests, it emulsified mayo, crushed ice, and puréed with amazing ease. It’s an all-around winner.

-
Lodge Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Reversible Stovetop Griddle
Lodge Cast Iron Reversible Grill/Griddle
Amazon
Normally $75, Now $50
Our favorite stovetop griddle is a whopping $25 off at the moment. It works for pancakes, bacon, eggs, panini…oh, the possibilities. If searing burgers is high on your priority list, we found that electric griddles don’t get hot enough to do the trick, but that this cast iron griddle does.

Simplehuman 12 Gallon Hands-Free Kitchen Step Trash Can
simplehuman Rectangular Step Can with Liner Pocket
Amazon
Normally $150, Now $110
A few Serious Eats staffers own this kitchen trash can and speak highly of it. It retains smells, its lid opens and closes smoothly, and it has a compartment that stores trash bags at the back. Simplehuman also has excellent customer service.
-
Mueller Austria Vacuum Sealer Machine
Mueller Austria Vacuum Sealer Machine
Amazon
Normally $80, Now $60
Our favorite affordable vacuum sealer is currently 25% off, which is a steal for those into sous vide or food preservation. It’s lightweight, it works (better, we found, than some vacuum sealers triple its price), and it’s easy to store. It does have a longer, 40-second refractory period (the time it has to rest in between seals), but that’s really not too bad considering its price point.

-
Le Chateau Red Wine Decanter
Le Chateau Wine Decanter
Courtesy of Amazon
Normally $63, Now $50
This standard wine decanter features a wide base and a narrow neck and is a good choice for most wine drinkers (we've written at length about the different styles of wine decanters). At 35% off, it makes a great gift, too.
